We are very sorry and we understand that this is disappointing and not what you were hoping to hear. It seems preposterous and we think so too. But this is the truth of the situation. We would change it if we could. We receive several calls every week from people who have somehow broken their TV screens. If it was possible or affordable to replace them or repair them, being a television repair company, we would tell you. It would be to our benefit if there was a potential job every time someone broke their TV screen. There is very honestly nothing that we can do to save a television with a broken screen.
Above are some examples of what broken screens might look like. Often times, if you feel it with your fingers it may not feel broken. It is still broken and there is nothing that we can do to save it. If you are not sure if your TV screen is broken you may bring it in any time during regular business hours and we will check it on the counter at no charge.
You may drop off any flat panel TVs with broken screen (or other malfunctions as far as that goes) at our location for recycling if we are convenient to you. They can also go to Earth Friendly Recycling on NE 118th St. No, we do not buy them, I'm sorry.
